Q: What is Fastpass?

If you get FP and experience the designated attractions during a specific time period, the actual waiting time in line is only 5-15 minutes. You can get FP at the visitor service center in the applicable attraction park. The number is limited every day and it is first come first served. At present, one FP card can only be collected for one ticket and one project at Shanghai Disneyland at a time. The bottom of the FP card indicates the time you can apply for the next time (usually the time interval is 2 hours). At this time, you can get the next fast pass. Basically, you can't get the FP card after noon. In particular, FP is free and you can get it with a valid ticket. 1. Collect at three service areas

Step 2: After finding the machine, scan your valid ticket for the day, select the attraction you want to play, and you will get a fast pass.
Step 3: Arrive at the waiting area of the attraction within the specified time. Return to the attraction according to the time period displayed on the FP, and follow the guidance of the cast and crew to the fast pass entrance in the queue area. In this way, you can enter the fast channel without rushing and start a happy experience!
2. Receive via mobile APP
Step 1: Open Disney mobile APP (latest version)
Step 2: In "Plan Your Trip", click "Get Fast Pass"
Step 3: Scan your ticket QR code or enter the ticket number, and select the attraction you want

Tips:
The attractions using the fast pass will be adjusted according to the passenger flow of the day. If you are not sure about the FP collection on the day, you can ask the person next to you! Or check the mobile APP for inquiries.

A: To receive the fast pass, you need to scan the ticket. If you lose it, you can go to the ticket inspection at the gate to make up the ticket. Therefore, tickets are very important. Everyone should keep their tickets properly and don't lose them.

If you are alone, you can make good use of the single channel! Some projects have "single channels" that can be used, which are limited to tourists who play alone. For example, some projects are two people in a row. If a family of three goes up together, there will be an extra vacant seat that can be filled by passengers in the "single channel". Single channels are marked on the official website, such as Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, TRON Lightcycle Power Run, and Thunder Mountain Rafting.
- Enter the park early
Arrive earlier than the opening time, so that there is less waiting before and after entering the park, because there is a normal security check before entering the park, a ticket swiping queue before entering the park (if you buy tickets on site, you have to queue once), and a luggage storage queue. The official website says that the park opens at 9 o'clock. In summer, it is usually open at 8 o'clock. Basically, the entrance is open for queuing at 7 o'clock.
