Travel Tips for Visiting Sydney Opera House

Keywords: Australia's front door, postcard-worthy Sydney Opera House (Sydney Opera House) is located in the eastern part of Sydney, Benelux Point, surrounded by the sea on three sides. It is one of the most representative architectural images of Australia, and is also the famous performing arts center of Sydney and even the whole of Australia. Its sailboat-like peculiar shape attracts countless tourists all year round and makes this place a must-visit stop. Visitors to the Sydney Opera House have the opportunity to see her stunning exterior from a distance, as well as the chance to enjoy a performance and experience the stunning interior of the Opera House for themselves.

Recommended Spots / Camera Positions

Close up Facing the Royal Botanic Gardens, directly in front of the Sydney Opera House. Standing in this position, you can see the front of the Opera House building and the dense steps at a glance, and this is one of the more spectacular compositions when photographing the Opera House from this angle.

Panoramic views Visitors can visit the Royal Botanic Gardens, adjacent to the Opera House, where Mrs. Macquarie's Chair, across the water from the Sydney Opera House, is one of the most iconic views of the Opera House, and where many postcard photographs have been taken. It is also one of the most classic angles from which to view the Opera House.

Special Festivals

Vivid Sydney The annual Vivid Sydney Festival of Lights is one of Sydney's biggest festivals. Vivid Sydney is held from the end of May to the beginning of June every year. Artists use cool music and 3D projections to make the usually silent buildings become colorful, and the Sydney Opera House is always the first and foremost target for artists to “play bad”. I believe that visitors to Sydney during this period, after the night falls, will see a crazy and incomparably gorgeous Sydney Opera House.
